HAPPIEST BABY APP SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Starting July 15th, 2024, anyone who buys or rents a SNOO from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner) will get a free premium subscription to our Happiest Baby App for:
- 9 Months for SNOO & Pre-Loved SNOO purchases
- The full duration of rental plus 1 month, for all rentals
If you did not buy your SNOO directly from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner), you can still enjoy all the fun and benefits of our premium App features—for FREE—until July 15, 2024.
If you purchased SNOO or Pre-Loved SNOO from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner) prior to July 15th, 2024, you’ll be able to continue on a free premium subscription until you complete 9 months (beginning when you first paired SNOO to the App and assigned it to the current baby you’re using it for) + get a free premium subscription to the Happiest Baby App for 9 months for your next baby whenever you need it.
If you borrowed or bought SNOO secondhand, you will have access to all the basic App features or you can choose to purchase a subscription to gain access to all premium settings and features, charged $19.99 monthly.
Subscriptions are not transferable.
PAYMENT METHODS
For SNOO Rentals: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Happiest Baby gift cards. For security deposits, we accept credits cards and debit cards.
For purchase of all other products: We accept credit cards, debit cards, Happiest Baby gift cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.
OUTBOUND SHIPPING
When purchasing or renting SNOO, you can choose your ship date.
Most customers choose to have SNOO delivered about a week before their baby’s expected arrival date. However, we understand babies don’t always arrive as planned! If you want to change your ship date, please adjust it in your account.
We offer FREE ground shipping for orders over $75 in the continental United States.
A shipping fee of $185 will be applied to SNOO and Pre-Loved SNOO purchases sent to Hawaii and Alaska.
A shipping fee of $275 will be applied to rentals sent to Hawaii and Alaska.
Unfortunately, due to the size of SNOO, we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your chosen ship date. Ground shipping usually takes 5 business days for retail products and 3-7 business days for Rental and Pre-Loved products (2-3 additional business days to Alaska and Hawaii).
For orders under $75, shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout.
Expedited shipping may be available but will be charged to the customer.
Happiestbaby.com can only ship to addresses in the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. International shipping is currently unavailable from Happiestbaby.com.
We also sell select products in the EU and Switzerland at happiestbaby.eu, United Kingdom at happiestbaby.co.uk, Australia at happiestbaby.com.au and in Canada through authorized retailers.
SNOO RENTAL - CANCELLATION & RETURN
If your SNOO Rental has not shipped:
You may cancel your order up to 1 business day before your chosen ship date. Your card will be refunded the amount charged. Please log in to your account to make the cancellation request.
If your SNOO Rental has shipped:
After your SNOO order begins processing, you may terminate your rental at any time. Minimum rental term applies. The term begins the day your SNOO is delivered and ends the day it is picked up by Happiest Baby’s specified carrier. Your return must include all accessories and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be denied or incur a nonrefundable deduction for missing items.
To terminate your rental, simply (1) log in to your account and notify Happiest Baby and (2) have your SNOO placed with Happiest Baby’s specified carrier. When returning SNOO, customers in the 48 contiguous United States will be charged $59.50 for return shipping. An additional return shipping fee of $215.50 will be applied to rentals returned from Hawaii and Alaska.
Save the SNOO original box + inserts to use when you return the bed. Use of packaging not approved by Happiest Baby—or improper use of packaging provided by Happiest Baby—may result in severe damage to the product during shipping.
When shipping for return, it’s very important to carefully pack your SNOO in a box from Happiest Baby + inserts to better protect the product from damage during transport. We strongly recommend you review this video to learn the recommended way to package SNOO for safer shipment.
No longer have the original packaging? Don't worry! You can purchase a replacement box + inserts here for $28.80 + S&H ($48.25 total). Please contact Customer Care if you have questions about your packaging needs.

SNOO PURCHASE - CANCELLATION & RETURN
If your SNOO has not shipped:
You may cancel your order up to 1 business day before your ship date in your account or by filling out this simple form. Your card will be refunded the amount charged. Please note: If you placed your order between November 16, 2023 and January 4, 2024, a cancellation fee of $199 will be deducted from your refund.
If your SNOO has shipped:
If you are the original purchaser of SNOO and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery, with all accessories and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be denied or incur a nonrefundable deduction for missing items. You can initiate a return by clicking here.
SNOO returns are subject to restocking fee of $199, in addition to a return shipping fee of $89 (for returns from the contiguous United States) or $185 (for returns from Hawaii and Alaska), which will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, except for items purchased as gifts which will be refunded as a gift card to happiestbaby.com. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable.

PRE-LOVED SNOO PURCHASE - CANCELLATION & RETURN
Happiest Baby only accepts returns on Pre-Loved SNOO purchased at happiestbaby.com.
If your Pre-Loved SNOO has not shipped:
You may cancel your Pre-Loved SNOO order up to 1 business day before your ship date in your account or by filling out this simple form. Your card will be refunded the amount charged.
If your Pre-Loved SNOO has shipped:
Pre-Loved SNOO may be returned to HBI within 30 days of the delivery date, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be denied or incur a nonrefundable deduction for missing items. You can initiate a return in your account or by clicking here.
All Pre-Loved SNOO returns are subject to a $199 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, except for items purchased as gifts which will be refunded as a gift card to happiestbaby.com. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

ALL OTHER PURCHASES - CANCELLATION & RETURN
If you are the original purchaser of any other Happiest Baby products (with the exception of digital products, which are not eligible for return), and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us in within 30 days of delivery. A $7.50 return shipping fee for each package will be deducted from your refund. All sales are final on buy-one-get-X-free promotions.
All sales are final on products discounted 50% or more.
Any product designated as “final sale” may not be returned.
All products purchased as a bundle are subject to the same trial and warranty periods as products sold individually. Some bundles offer discounted pricing with the purchase of two or more specified products. To receive a full refund on a bundle, you must return all items within the bundle. Any discounted bundle items that are not returned will convert into a full price purchase upon return and we will deduct the full price value of each individual product that is not returned from your refund. We do not offer direct exchanges of bundled products. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
