PAYMENT METHODS

For SNOO rentals: We accept credit cards, debit cards and Happiest Baby gift cards.  

For purchase of all other products: We accept credit cards, debit cards, Happiest Baby gift cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.             

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

When purchasing or renting SNOO, you can choose your ship date.

Most customers choose to have SNOO delivered about a week before their baby’s expected arrival date. However, we understand babies don’t always arrive as planned! If you want to change your ship date, please contact Customer Care.

We offer FREE ground shipping for purchase orders over $75 in the continental United States. An additional $185 shipping fee will be applied to SNOO and Pre-Loved SNOO purchases sent to Hawaii and Alaska.

SNOO Rentals ship to you FREE within the continental United States. An additional $275 shipping fee will be applied to rentals sent to Hawaii and Alaska. When returning SNOO, customers will be charged $59.50 for shipping.

Unfortunately, due to the size of SNOO, we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your chosen ship date. Ground shipping usually takes 5 business days for retail products and 3-7 business days for Rental and Pre-Loved products (2-3 additional business days to Alaska and Hawaii).

For orders under $75, shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout.

Expedited shipping may be available (please inquire with Customer Care) but will be charged to the customer.

Happiestbaby.com can only ship to addresses in the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. International shipping is currently unavailable from Happiestbaby.com.

We also sell select products in the EU and Switzerland at happiestbaby.eu, United Kingdom at happiestbaby.co.uk, Australia at happiestbaby.com.au and in Canada through authorized retailers.

 

RENTAL - CANCELLATION & RETURN

If your SNOO has not shipped…
You may cancel your order up to 1 business day before your chosen ship date for SNOO. Your card will be refunded the amount charged. Please login to your account to make the cancellation request.

If your SNOO has shipped…
After your SNOO ships, you may cancel your rental at any time. (Minimum rental term applies. The term begins the day your SNOO is delivered and ends the day it is picked up by Happiest Baby’s specified carrier.)

To cancel your rental, simply (1) login to your account and notify Happiest Baby and (2) have your SNOO placed with Happiest Baby’s specified carrier. When returning SNOO, customers in the 48 contiguous United States will be charged $59.50 for shipping. (Added charges apply for shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii.)

Save the SNOO original box + inserts to use when you return the bed. Use of packaging not approved by Happiest Baby—or improper use of packaging provided by Happiest Baby—may result in severe damage to the product during shipping.

We strongly recommend you review this video to learn the recommended way to package SNOO for safer shipment.

Important note: You are responsible for any damage related to inadequate packaging.

PURCHASE - CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If you are the original purchaser of a Happiest Baby product (with the exception of digital products, which are not eligible for return) and you are not satisfied any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. (Products other than SNOO, which has a 30-day trial, must be returned in original condition. All returns of Pre-Loved SNOOs are subject to a $199 restocking charge plus applicable sales tax.) All products must be returned within original packaging. 

When shipping for return, it’s very important to carefully pack your SNOO in the original box + inserts to better protect the product from damage during transport. We strongly recommend you review this video to learn the recommended way to package SNOO for safer shipment.

Return ground shipping is FREE for SNOO purchases when it is sent back within the 30-day trial period. For returns on other products, your card will be charged a $7.50 return shipping fee for each package. All sales are final on buy-one-get-X-free promotions. All sales are final on products discounted 50% or more. Any product that states final sale on the page may not be returned. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt.

 

PRE-LOVED SNOO RETURNS & REFUNDS

Happiest Baby, Inc. (“HBI”) only accept returns on Pre-Loved SNOO Smart Sleepers (“Pre-Loved SNOOs”) purchased at happiestbaby.com.


Canceling Orders

You may cancel or modify your Pre-Loved SNOO order up to 1 business day before your ship date by filling out this simple form or emailing us at customercare@happiestbaby.com.

Upon cancellation, your payment card will be refunded the amount charged. The time required to remove the pending charge is determined by the financial institution that issued your card. You can reach out to your financial institution for more information.

Returns

Pre-Loved SNOOs may be returned to HBI within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be received in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be denied or incur a nonrefundable deduction for missing items. 

To return a Pre-Loved SNOO to HBI, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from an HBI customer support representative. RMA numbers are valid for ten days from issuance. After you obtain an RMA number, you must promptly ship the Product, at your expense, together with proof of purchase and all accessories, to the HBI distribution facility identified by an HBI customer support representative. The RMA number must be written clearly on the address label and the Product must be shipped in its original packaging. Failure to comply with return instructions may result in a delay of refund payment and/or result in a reduction of your refund. Products returned without a valid RMA may be rejected or destroyed after thirty days without refund or liability.

Refunds

All returns of Pre-Loved SNOOs are subject to a $199 restocking charge plus applicable sales tax. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, except for items purchased as gifts which will be refunded as a gift card to happiestbaby.com. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Care for assistance within 5 days of receipt by filling out this form, emailing customercare@happiestbaby.com, or calling 1-855-424-6323.
