LOL yes the dvd really blew my mind when i realized how many old wives tales i actually believed when it comes to colic and crying. even though colic is still kind of a mystery, i have never seen a better explanation than karps on how to handle it.
Understanding this has been a BIG benefit to my wife and I. Having done a lot of world traveling to developing nations, this totally clicked in our heads because we’ve noticed the difference between babies in many countries we’ve been too. Babies are almost always kept close to a caretaker in a sling or in their arms or some other way so they are secure…this is done for a reason! This film really wisened us up a bit!
