How frustrating! Unfortunately, that&#039;s a bigger question than I can go into here. But let me just ask, are you using white noise for all naps/nights? 
I encourage you to find the first edition of The Happiest Toddler (maybe in your library) and read the section it has on sleep.

If your baby is under 1 month old, a premature or has hypotonia (a neurological problem that makes babies floppy like a rag doll), you should only use a swing bed (fully reclined) or get permission from your baby&#039;s doctor before using a sitting type swing (their heavy heads can double over and make it hard for them to breath). It is fine for babies to sleep in the swing, but they need to be belted in securely, have the seat fully reclined and kept away form dogs.  You can see this demonstrated in the Happiest Baby DVD.</description>
