We have always employed a routine of bath, book, white noise, swaddling, milk, then sleep. He loves to sleep and we've loved it too! He recently began waking up at 4-5am (usually wakes up at 7am) and seems to be super restless (crawling around, etc.) and hard to get back to sleep. He seems really hungry, but he eats well all day so I don't know if that's the problem. I'm at a loss as how to help him break this habit! Please help! Thank you kindly, Jessica Bruce p.s.
