I was wondering – she HATES her car seat and often screams inconsolably while in it – any tricks for getting her to be happier/more comfortable while en route?
Have you been using our ‘Super-Soothing’ Sleep Sounds CD of white noise? Dr. Karp
suggests playing the CD of white noise in the car while your daughter is securely strapped into her carseat. By having specially engineered tracks of white noise playing in the background, it will help create a ‘buffer’ to the outside noises/disturbances that may be making your daughter uncomfortable.

My son is just about 10 months old and has slept through the night since he was 4 months old. We have always employed a routine of bath, book, white noise, swaddling, milk, then sleep. He loves to sleep and we’ve loved it too! He recently began waking up at 4-5am (usually wakes up at 7am) and seems to be super restless (crawling around, etc.) and hard to get back to sleep. He seems really hungry, but he eats well all day so I don’t know if that’s the problem. I’m at a loss as how to help him break this habit! Please help!
Thank you kindly,

p.s. I ADORE your toddler book, which I’m in the midst of reading. I thought the baby book was perhaps too young for my son now.
