Hi Erica,
Wow! 9+2 hours...that's terrific!
I would definitely do tummy time so that your DS can lift his head and move it to the side if he does roll over...we really prefer swaddled babies to stay on their backs (although as they get older and stronger they are more able to move their heads to the side to breath)...Since you had such success with the CD, you should soon see that he is abel to be weaned form the swaddling...so you won't have any worries about rolling to the stomach. Best, Dr. Karp

Hi Althea,
Are you using the snug swaddling as shown in the DVD? Is the white noise rough and rumbling? Have you tried using a swing as described in the DVD?

my baby is 4 months old and has started to cry when put down to sleep. She will happily sleep in my arms but if I put her down in her cot she either wakes up & starts crying & screaming or if I'm
lucky enough she will be inna deep enough sleep & go down ok but within 10-30 minutes wake screaming. As soon as I pick her up she stops. This goes on usually until about 11pm
When she will finally settle & sleep in my arms & not sense she's been put down. I have swaddled her, given her a soother but cannot work out how to stop her crying when put down to sleep both innthe day & evening. Please help
